"A Great Deal" 2009-12-23
By Nerfy (Ohio)
This lower-priced model doesn't seem low-end. It's very smooth. Once I adjusted it to my height, it's so well balanced I can hold myself at any angle, from a slight incline to 180. While doing so, it's possible to put pressure on your abs, making it a great plank workout (totally optional). The foot holders are comfortable enough. Considering the price, I couldn't be happier with it. It was a bit tricky to assemble, so follow the directions closely (I didn't). I would buy it again.

"Good value but uncomfortable..." 2009-12-02
By Derek Krzanowski (Merrill, WI)
I have had back and neck problems all my life and I always wondered if one of these would help so I figured I'd give it a shot. After way way to many hours researching which one I'd like to buy, I finally settled on this one. One of the main reasons was that the leg straps were different from all the others and everyone complains about all the others hurting there legs. Well, I'm sorry to say that this one isn't any better, if not worse. Unless you have the perfect sized ankles (I don't) you will never be able to get the clamps tight around your legs and if you don't, you might as well not even try it because it will hurt really bad as soon as you get upside down. I have managed to get it to clamp tightly a couple times and then it isn't so bad but I still can't hang for more than 10 minutes or so before it starts to hurt pretty bad. I am pretty average sized so I really don't think that I am the exception here. That said, I do still think it's a pretty good deal for the money. If they would increase the number of adjustments in the leg clamps and replace the pads with softer rubber or add a layer of padding to them it would be perfect for the money.

"Inversion Table" 2009-10-03

I ordered this product b/c I have three bulging discs in my neck. It works really well. The ankle pieces don't hurt my feet. Probably best to wear gym shoes though to keep one's weight distributed evenly w/o having to adjust oneself.

"Sturdy and it works." 2009-09-12

Feeling better already. For the price, this works well. I imagine more expensive models have more padding around the ankles which do get sore after a few minutes although I'll probably rig some more padding down there

"Good basic model" 2009-09-12

This is just what I was looking for: an inexpensive entry level inversion table to help me accomplish some physical therapy. Great price, free Amazon shipping, and reasonably easy to assemble. The tools included for assembly are workable, but I used my own sockets and wrenches to make the assembly job much easier and faster. The only think I don't like about this unit are the cuffs that hold the ankles. This could easily be improved in my opinion without adding much if any cost to the unit. They are very uncomfortable to me; nevertheless I can easily tolerate it just fine for 5 minutes at a time. In general a solid unit worth considering by those looking for an entry level system.

  1. Emer Inversion Table from Bizarkdeal

Compared to the inversion tables I have used in the past this is one of the best by far. It is comfortable, easy to use and l love that it locks in place for multiple angles. The instructions could use some more detail as some assembly steps were left out, after studying the pictures and using logic I was able to figure out without much trouble. It is a heavy duty table and very well made, I have not doubt that it can hold the 330lbs it says it can. My husband has had a lot of back pain and since using this a few minutes several times a day he has already felt enemies relief. My 9 yr old son has back pain as well and has started to use it some, it is easy for him to adjust and get set up for his hight and use himself. We also discovered that with the well placed hole in the top of the back rest you can lock it in to place and use it as a massage table. I can say I am very happy with my purchase!
