Amazon.com Product Description

Whether you want to improve your posture, reduce back pain, or simply minimize your daily stress load, the Teeter Hang Ups EP-950 inversion therapy table makes a terrific choice. Inversion therapy works by placing your body in line with the downward force of gravity. In the process, inversion elongates the spine, increases the space between the vertebrae, and relieves the pressure on discs, ligaments, and nerve roots. And less pressure means less back pain, as well as fewer headaches and neck problems. Inversion is ideal for people with persistent spine and muscle aches, in addition to athletes who frequently push their bodies out of whack through repetitive muscle motions, such as runners, weightlifters, skiers, cyclists, and golfers. Studies suggest that inverting yourself a mere 25 degrees for even a few minutes per day can have tremendous positive effects.

Inversion therapy helps you improve your posture and reduce back pain.
Never before has an inversion table worked with your body the way an EP series inversion table does. The EP-950--Teeter's top-of-the-line EP inversion table--uses Teeter's patented Flex Technology design to move as you move. By working with your body instead of against it, the table accommodates a greater range of motion than other tables, promoting realignment of the spine and relaxing your muscles. The EP-950 then adds an optimal surface for decompression, with a smooth, light-friction texture that allows the body to slide and achieve a premium stretch. Plus, engineering tests have shown that Teeter inversion tables are the most precisely balanced tables on the market. This allows users to control the lockout more confidently in full inversion.

In addition to its EP-standard features, the EP-950 offers a number of upgrades over other Teeter EP tables. The table's ratchet ankle lock system, for instance, offers an easy-to-reach solution in addition to a triple-lock security feature. The table also includes EZ Stretch handles to help increase traction and enhance your stretching experience. To make your inversion more efficient, the table's EZ Angle tether strap lets you preset your rotation angles at 20, 40, or 60 degrees. This provides an easy guide to where the benefits of inversion begin and are fully realized. Finally, the table includes a new Ankle Comfort Dial that adjusts for smaller or larger feet, allowing you to find a comfortable and secure fit for your ankle clamps.

The table's Flex Technology move as you move to further relax your muscles.
Other details include a robust base with A-frame tubing and corner feet; auto-locking hinges, cam locks, and heat-treated steel parts; a de-rattler knob and specialized pivot bearings that ensure a lifetime of squeak- and rattle-free rotation; a scratch-resistant powder coating and a triple-plated chrome finish; and a plastic injection-molded construction with easy-to-clean surfaces. The table also comes with an Advanced Secrets to a Better Back instructional DVD that includes five 10-to-15-minute exercise and stretching classes. The DVD is hosted by Dr. Shawn, and includes such workouts as Good Morning (wakeup and warm up your spine); Strength & Stretch (build your core muscles); Posture Correction (look better and function better); Gym Ball (specialized core-building class), and Inversion Table (to receive the maximum benefits from your inversion table). The only inversion table on the market that can be modified with accessories, the EP-950 folds in just a few seconds to 28 by 66 by 16 inches (W x H x D) for easy storage.

Specifications:

  • Height capacity: 4 foot 8 inches to 6 foot 6 inches
  • Weight capacity: 300 pounds

"Very High Quality Product" 2010-02-03
By R. Lloyd (East Coast USA)
I wanted a high quality inversion table to compliment my other exercise equipment. High quality was important to me to provide SAFETY while inverted. The EP-950 meets my needs.

If you are considering an inversion table, the ease of locking and unlocking the ankle restraint is important. The reason I choose the EP-950 over the less expensive models is that the EP-950 has a longer handle to release your ankles. It is easier and more convenient than the other models. If you are having lower back pains and / or lower back strains; the longer handle of the EP-950 makes it easier to use. You do not have to bend over as much!

"Teeter Hang-Up - No More Back Pain" 2010-02-01
By Not Siskel or Ebert (Toledo, Oh.)
I had been seeing a chiropractor for nearly 2 years suffering with sciatica. Since the end of September 2009, I was barely able to get out of bed without severe back pain. Began seeing a Physical Therapist the end of October. He made some progress with me, but I was still having significant back tightness and any form of activity was out of the question. During one of my sessions with the physical therapist, he suggested that I look into the Teeter Hang-Up. I had seen the advertisement on TV and was rather sceptical. Pain has a funny way of making you try just about anything. So when I added up my bills for 1 month of seeing a chiropractor, it was the cost of the Teeter Hang-Up. Purchasing through Amazon was fast and easy and I had the unit in 1 week. It took 2 hours to put together. It would have been less but my back would not let me move any faster! I tried it that night and after 3 weeks of using this product twice a day, once around 6 am and once around 6 pm, I began to walk without pain, work without pain, even do home maintenance and moving of furniture without pain. My physical therapist no longer needs to see me and I no longer need to see a chiropractor. Just 10 - 12 minutes per session twice per day and I am able to function normally. This purchase is the best money I ever spent. One word of caution - If you have vertigo or get light headed if you are upside down, then this may not be for you. Also if you have bad knees or have broken your ankles, then you may also not want to use this. Since you hang by your ankles, your ankles bear most of your weight and you will also feel a slight pull in your knee area. There are several models to choose from. I have the 950 and love it! Very heavy duty! Can hold up to a 300 lb person and can accomodate someone 6'5" or smaller. Teeter Hang Ups EP-950 Inversion Therapy Table

"Results don't meassure up to over hyped reviews" 2010-01-31
By Don Mahoney
After 6 weeks of dailey use, sometimes twice a day, I am still looking for the results from all those other 4 and 5 star reviews. Yes, it's well built and functions as expected, but back relief is no better than 10 minutes of back stretching exercises. Do not expect a magic bullet ... Teeter Hang Ups is not one.

My back pain is relatively new related to compression of the L5 disc. I had an MRI, had physical therapy, and discussed options with a back surgeon. The pain is general but always present, my motion and activities are not severely restricted, and I felt I was a good candidate for the Teeter Hang Up.

Every week, I hoped that relief from inversion would appear. But honestly, there has been no change. In addition to the TV commercials, the extremely positive feedback on Amazon sold me. So I may be the only unfavorable review, but I hope this helps offset so of the positive hype regarding this miracle machine. In fact, I wonder how independent all those positive reviews really are.

Included in the instructions are no less than 8 serious warnings of injury or death if used improperly. There is also a list of over 25 medical conditions you should not have before using the machine. This is not item you want to be stuck returning, so I strongly suggest you review this list prior to ordering. Amazon should include this information in the product specs, but does not. If you have any doubts, do not place an order. And, if you have motion sickness, dizziness, or headaches do not attempt inversion ... try something else.

It's just not worth it.

"Assembly a challenge" 2010-01-24
By Elyse Furlong (Florida)
The table is very good quality and seems to work beautifully but I must say that if you're not mechanically inclined assembly is a challenge. The instructions are less detailed than desirable and the tools provided a bit more difficult to use than professional tools. I spent well over an hour assembling the machine but once I tried it I was delighted with how well it worked. As some other reviews indicated the table is a bit hard, so I made a little "pillow" to pad my head but since I'm only on it a few minutes at a time it's certainly fine. When I invert fully, it's a bit tender on my ankles but anything less than vertical is quite comfortable. I don't think you'll be dissappointed if you get this machine...just be patient about putting it together. It's definitely worth it. The only other "negative" is that it is a bit larger than I imagined, so it' currently in my bedroom which is a bit unsightly for my aesthetic, but it is worth it to be able to defy gravity. I haven't experienced a "miracle cure" yet for my right arm tingling that seems to be coming from a pinched nerve, but I certainly think inverting is super healthy and generally beneficial. I've only had the table for 3 days though. I think it's a very good product and would certainly recommend it.

"Seems to help" 2010-01-23
By J. Cohen (Philly, PA)
I have only had this product for 1 month and during that month I have been in acute lower back pain with a herniated disk. After the pain subsided, I started using the EP-950 and you can really feel a good stretching of the spine at a 60 degree inversion. That's as far as I have gone so far. It's not a substitute for other muscle stretching which is critical in herniated disk recovery so you have to make sure to keep stretching core muscles too. So far I am happy with the product and assembly is pretty easy if you are somewhat handy. If you are not handy or good with assembly instructions, you may struggle a bit.

"Couldn't be better for the price:" 2010-01-27
By O. David Derossett (Dallas, TX)
At the suggestion on my spinal orthopedist, I sought out different brands and models of inversion tables. I tried out one at a local sports store costing $399. It was well-made, but far out of my budget's range. I then explored the tables available through Amazon. The reviews on the Calm looked unbelievable for the price. I made my order and surprisingly it was at the front door on Tuesday morning following ordering late Saturday. It was easy to assemble and set-up, and the quality of every piece is outstanding. I have been experiencing considerable pain and am still facing spinal surgery tomorrow. However, my Calm table alleviated MUCH pain over the last four weeks, and it will definitely be a great part of my after-surgery re-hab and on-going exercise program. I recommend it without reservation and regardless of price.

"Avoid if near 200lb" 2010-01-09
By Martin M.
The table is easy to assemble and the backrest is comfortable. I am in the 190- 195 range and I bent the table support rails on my first use. It said up to 250lb on the box but on the product it lists max 220lb. I am sure it will be fine if you are lighter but if weight is an issue get a stronger design. If this was not an issue I would have no problem buying one but as it is I am sending it back.

"Jamz Products= BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, but Amazon A+" 2009-12-17
By Jacquelyn Marie Valladares
Ordered this because it looked like fun but one of the parts were defective. I had to call and e-mail durabilt (?) and jamz products multiple times and 5 days later I had to call to follow up because they never returned my phone calls or answered my e-mails. Their first suggestion was that I contact Amazon to do something about it but I explained to them it had to do with getting a table I couldn't set up because one of the supporting tubes was damaged or not made properly and wouldn't fit together with the other parts. I figured it wasn't much to ask and it would be no problem getting them to send me what I needed since it was just 1 simple part. However, the person I was speaking to told me that they had just set up 5 of them and I should have no problem putting it together. So basically I felt they didn't believe me because according to them it was impossible that their products or parts would be defective in any way so it was implied that I must be making this up to get an extra part from them. Seriously, why can't they just believe me and make me a happy customer and send me the dumb part! All I wanted was a simple replacement but their solution was for me to send them back the part I wanted to replace and pay myself to ship it and then they would inspect it and decide when or if I needed or qualified for a replacement or not- I don't think so! I told them that I was just going to return it because I didn't want to pay for anything else and they didn't seem to care. However since I wanted to table I decided to order a replacement. I am a loyal Amazon customer and I have done returns with them before so I trusted them that if I got another defective item they would take care of it and give me my refund. So in the end I had to lug this huge package to a UPS store and Amazon ended up sending me an enitrely new one no questions asked.

"Excellent Product For The Price" 2009-12-06
By Walter J. Victor (Fond du Lac, WI)
I've been suffering from lower back pain caused by compressed discs for several years. I've been to chiropractors, doctors, etc. No one could help.

I thought I would try out this product because of the price and free shipping at the time.

I could not be more pleased. This device helped my back the first time I used it and continues to. A few times a day and you're golden.

I suggest this to anyone experiencing similar back pain with no more options. Or people with pain that don't want to pay for chiropractors anymore.

"Great value for sturdy table/therapeudic value priceless" 2009-11-27
By Tavie 76 (Anchorage, AK)
I am going to break this review down into two parts so that those comparision shopping for inversion table will find this review usefull.

First, I'll talk about this particular model. Putting this product together takes 30 mins. The directions aren't very detailed, but there are three pictures that are a reasonable guide. My husband helped me put it together since I am more of a picture user and he is more of the directions reader. Once the table is put together, it is very sturdy. Much sturdier than I expected for this price. I couldn't be more pleased with this. I had seen some in the store for around the same price and they looked and felt cheap. This one is priced like a cheap model, but is more midrange. The only complaint I have about this table is that it doesn't store well/fold up easily which is not that big a deal for us, but it would be nice for those way may be short on space. Also, be careful to consider the weight of the people that will use this item as the max weight for this model is 220. Not a problem in our household, but it for those that have members who exceed this limit, you will need to purchase a different table. All and all I think it is a great item, solidly built, at a steal of a price.

Secondly, I'll get into the "DOES IT WORK?" part of the review. Short answer is YES. I have a hip that gives me a bit of problemn from time to time. My lower back felt stiff and achey. I was given to doing odd things like pressing on that side while standing at the copier and doing weird twists without really being aware I was doing it. I've gone to the chiropractor regularly to get adjusments and that hip is always iffy. Sometimes it would adjust and sometimes it wouldn't. My doctor said it was deep muscular tissue that was giving me problems. Exercise (walking) would loosen the area and make it a bit better, but never any lasting relief until I started using the inversion table. When I first started using it, I could feel a deep pull in the area that was bothering me. It would ache as it was being stretched. I did a few minutes at a time, several times a day. About 4 days after I began using it, I heard my lower back make a series of clicks while I was on the table. Slowly the pulling achey stretching sensation has been replaced by these clicks and my back feels great. I can go a day without doing the table, but not two. If I miss two days the achey stiffness returns. When I go to the chiropractor these days, my hip gives and adjusts like it is supposed to. My insurance pays for 12 chiro visits a year when I probably need 24 (every two weeks). The way I see it, this is the perfect low cost supplement to my chiropractic care for less than the cost of 5 copays. It is worth every penny. I wish I had started it sooner.

    "Good for back problems" 2010-01-23
    By J. Macdowell (Maryland)
While it doesnt permantley 'fix'the problem, this product brings wecolmed relief to lower back pain.

Its important to note that we had some UPS problems in the shipment and the seller was so very responsive and helpful.

    "great value" 2009-12-06
By John L. Porter (marietta, ga)
inversion table works great. I have tried the more expensive inversion tables from several different manufacturers when deciding on which one to buy. this one works as well as any of the Teeter's brand but only half of the cost. I did need to fix the foot latch when putting the table together. The spring loaded indexing pin was too long and had to be taken down 1/8" to allow the foot adjustment to slide when the pin is pulled back.

    "Not that bad!" 2009-10-22
    By Lisa M. Moore (PA)
It isn't that hard to put together and it is fairly sturdy. My husband hopes to get alot of use out of it. Very reasonable for the price. I'd recommend it.

    "good" 2009-10-16
    By just me (PA)
Impressive product at its price. I researched many inversion tables and I believe this is the best bang for the buck. Delivery was on time, assembly was easy, and construction is good. One thing to keep in mind is this produce is manufactured in China, or at least that was what the box stated.

"It's no teeter, but adequate." 2009-10-11
    By H. Zimmerhackel (Denver, CO)
All I can say is that after a few minor problems, the product is able to do it's job and works. The negatives are that it is made in China and looks the part. The metal and nuts and bolts were adequate, but the plastic molded parts are downright cheap. The adjustable hinge mechanisms work but are clumsy and flop out to the sides when taking table off the base. The bottom safety strap slips unless you tie it off -I went to the hardware store and purchased a chain to replace it, as well as something to secure the hinge thingies.

I am 200#, so I have to be fair and say it adequately holds me and hasn't broken yet. But if you are new to inversion tables, it would be better to purchase a more expensive one. Also, if you have multiple users and change the table height a lot. invest in a higher quality unit or something will likely break.

    "Excellent Product" 2009-12-25
    By Rick Stevens
This is an excellent product for its price. Product arrived packaged at 60 pounds and with some patience assembles in 90 minutes. Down side is that it contains numerous nuts and bolts and doesn't have any written assembly instructions; the assembly instructions are pictures only. Device is very solid and sturdy. The product works extremely well and includes a soft, spacious back board. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

    "Sturdy & Priced Right" 2009-10-30
By D. Lehmann (Round Rock TX)
I have had back problems for years and I would go to a friends house to use hers. However since moving 200 miles away, I had to find my own. After going to stores to look and feel the sturdiness and quality of the many different types available, I then came here to do my purchasing. I was scheduled to go to a spine specialist, however, this product improved my back issues in just 1 week WITH OUT the use of drugs for pain, which I have been taking for years. We have had this for not quite a month now and even my husband, who never has back problems; say's he can even feel a difference after being on it.

It arrived sooner than expected which was awesome. The padded table is much more comfortable than the thin cloth that is found on most, I found this made me feel much more secure. The one problem we had with it was the directions; they were not very clear and seemed to be for a different machine.

I highly recommend this product to anyone suffering back problems. It's a great product and for the price, I don't think you can beat it. I hope you enjoy yours as much as we are enjoying ours! - BeGe

It is an excellent product for doing just that. My family has used it (and they don't have problems with

their spine) and find that using it makes them feel better. Just 5 minutes a day. The product, although a little cumbersome to put together, is sturdy and easy to use. I recommend it highly. It definitely relieves back pain!

This lower-priced model doesn't seem low-end. It's very smooth. Once I adjusted it to my height, it's so well balanced I can hold myself at any angle, from a slight incline to 180. While doing so, it's possible to put pressure on your abs, making it a great plank workout (totally optional). The foot holders are comfortable enough. Considering the price, I couldn't be happier with it. It was a bit tricky to assemble, so follow the directions closely (I didn't). I would buy it again.

    "Good value but uncomfortable..." 2009-12-02
    By Derek Krzanowski (Merrill, WI)
I have had back and neck problems all my life and I always wondered if one of these would help so I figured I'd give it a shot. After way way to many hours researching which one I'd like to buy, I finally settled on this one. One of the main reasons was that the leg straps were different from all the others and everyone complains about all the others hurting there legs. Well, I'm sorry to say that this one isn't any better, if not worse. Unless you have the perfect sized ankles (I don't) you will never be able to get the clamps tight around your legs and if you don't, you might as well not even try it because it will hurt really bad as soon as you get upside down. I have managed to get it to clamp tightly a couple times and then it isn't so bad but I still can't hang for more than 10 minutes or so before it starts to hurt pretty bad. I am pretty average sized so I really don't think that I am the exception here. That said, I do still think it's a pretty good deal for the money. If they would increase the number of adjustments in the leg clamps and replace the pads with softer rubber or add a layer of padding to them it would be perfect for the money.

I ordered this product b/c I have three bulging discs in my neck. It works really well. The ankle pieces don't hurt my feet. Probably best to wear gym shoes though to keep one's weight distributed evenly w/o having to adjust oneself.

    "Sturdy and it works." 2009-09-12
By Russell Sabella (Cape Coral, FL)
Feeling better already. For the price, this works well. I imagine more expensive models have more padding around the ankles which do get sore after a few minutes although I'll probably rig some more padding down there

    "Good basic model" 2009-09-12
    By S. Dunbar (Boulder, CO)
This is just what I was looking for: an inexpensive entry level inversion table to help me accomplish some physical therapy. Great price, free Amazon shipping, and reasonably easy to assemble. The tools included for assembly are workable, but I used my own sockets and wrenches to make the assembly job much easier and faster. The only think I don't like about this unit are the cuffs that hold the ankles. This could easily be improved in my opinion without adding much if any cost to the unit. They are very uncomfortable to me; nevertheless I can easily tolerate it just fine for 5 minutes at a time. In general a solid unit worth considering by those looking for an entry level system.

    Amazon.com Product Description

Whether you want to reduce back stress or fatigue or stimulate your blood circulation, the Ironman Gravity 4000 inversion table makes a great household accessory. The inversion table contributes to your body's overall health by optimizing lumbar traction, thereby relieving pressure on your vertebrae discs and ligaments. And when your back starts to relax, the rest of your body follows. The table can also help with such areas as increasing body flexibility for improved athletic performance, reducing the effects of aging due to gravity, and relieving lower backaches due to sitting or standing.

The Gravity 4000 boasts a durable tubular steel frame, a scratch-resistant powder-coated finish, and a memory-foam-vinyl-covered backrest with a removable lumbar pillow. More importantly, the inversion system is a breeze to use: once you rest your body against the nylon backrest and slip your feet into the ergonomically molded ankle cushions, simply reach your arms over your head. As your arms go up, your body gradually inverts up to 90 degrees. The only inputs are your energy and gravity itself.

Users will also appreciate the tough rubber non-skid floor stabilizers, which keep the table stable while you invert, and the extra-long safety handles, which provide an easy return to an upright position. Other details include a height-adjustable frame up to 6 feet 6 inches; support for up to 350 pounds; vinyl safety side covers to protect hands and fingers; three starting inversion angles; and a patented, palm-activated adjusting ratchet ankle locking system. The Gravity 4000, which folds into a compact footprint for easy storage, measures 26 by 65 by 49 inches (W x H x D) and weighs 75 pounds.

    "Good Product" 2010-01-12

My husband and myself both use this everyday. It does seem to be helping both of us with our back issues. It was very quick & easy to assembly. It took us about 30 minutes to get it together. Would recommend this to all...

    "IronMan Gravity 4000 - Wow!" 2009-12-27
    By Brooke English
I have had scoleosis all my life and often experienced back pain. I was also in a car accident that affected my neck. I would go to a chiropractor, which helped, but only for a very short time, until the next visit. I decided after doing some research to get an inversion table. The IronMan 4000 Gravity inversion table seemed to have the best reviews so I decided to purchase it.

I don't regret this purchase at all. I've only had it a couple of weeks, but already it's helped my back and neck a lot. I really like the long handles which makes it easier to return after inverting.

One very important thing I'd like to mention regarding the height adjustment. I found that going by weight, instead of height, is much better for finding your ideal balance point. Next to the height adjustment markers is listings of weight. This works much better to adjust by weight instead of height.

Also, you should start slowing by using only a few minutes a day and not inverting all the way yet. I'm at about 45 to 60 degrees and I can really tell it's helping me.

I highly recommend the IronMan Gravity 4000.

    "The Best!!" 2009-12-25
By Brian M. Jones (Overland Park KS)
After looking at the reviews and then comparing the tables in the database I picked this one. I am really glad I did! I feel that this one is the best! It is heavy-duty to the max! If you want to fold it up everyday then you will have to remove two screws which to me would start to be a hassle after day 3!

I have three different types of Arthritis including one that will stiffen my spine and also my neck over my lifetime. My neck and spine have already started to "freeze-up" and I wanted this to hopefully loosen my neck and spine since I have chronic pain in these areas. I am real glad to report that this table does really help my problem areas! Is it a miracle cure? No, just another tool to be used in my daily war against chronic pain.

    Pro's

Heavyduty you don't need to be afraid that it will not hold you because it will

    Padded back

    Lumbar support

    Easy to put together

Three different adjustments plus height adjustments.

    Really well made

    Con's

Not easily fold-able-you will need to take-out two screws and nuts each time

Large footprint-This table is heavy-duty and has a wide stance that is put to good use.

Box is heavy- 89 pounds you will need either two people or a two wheeler or cart to move it to the place you wish to put it together.

In closing, I read somewhere in the reviews about setting the height adjustment to 1 inch higher than the person that will use it. I agree with this only for the fact that it gives you a greater area for your head if you are using a pillow or towel or brace. I did not wish to do sit-ups with this table so it does not matter to me that it is not made for exercising. I think a person could figure out a way to do all the exercising he wishes since their is an adjustable strap at the bottom of the table that adjusts your incline.

I hope if you buy this model 4000 that you like it as well as I do and Good Luck with your success!

    "Inexpensive and good." 2010-01-07

Lower back problems have been been a issue for me for some years. This does help. I have tried several units and I can not see spending a fortune on equipment. The feet clamps are most critical and this one works just fine.

    "Sturdy, Great Price" 2009-11-30

Table was easy to assemble....Very sturdy, easy to change height....we are very, very pleased with the table....everything was as advertised....great purchase!!

    "It's really built." 2009-11-13
By Just a Pen Name (Cleveland, OH)
I received this inversion table a couple of weeks ago. The box was in fine shape, and the assembly was quick and pretty easy (but you will need the instructions). It is really built well - reviews of inversion tables in general made me concerned that they might not feel stable in use, but I have no such concerns when I use this. It's bigger (taller) than I thought, and heavier, too. Adjusting the max angle of inversion is a bit tedious, as it's done with a strap, and it takes some trial and error to get it where you want it, but I think this is pretty standard on the inexpensive models. Adjusting for your height is easy, and the foot clamps are easy, too.

That said, I have not felt any miraculous results, and this thing is looking more and more like another of my goofy purchases that will just take up room in my basement, right next to the electric guitar I don't play, the recumbent cycle I don't use, etc. Someday, I'm going to have one hell of a garage sale....

    "LifeGear Inversion Table" 2009-09-21
    By Charles W. Haynes (Colorado)
First the table is of very good quality and is very stable. If your concerned about the space it takes up it's about 3 by 5 feet. It was very easy to put together and took about 20 minutes. That said I'm convinced it speeded up my healing process by weeks. I had never had Sciatica before and it was very crippling. Once it came on - from lifting heavy wet carpeting - I was not able to walk more then a few feet before I just could not walk any further. For 3 weeks it did not get any better. I went to see the doctor and he prescribed steriods which gave me some slight relief. Once I finished the course of medicine there was no further progress. My doctor suggested buying an inversion table. He himself suffered back pain and said he uses it no more than 5 minutes a month and it completely prevents his once chronic back pain. I'm telling you within a week the pain was virtually non-existant. I did get immediate temporary relief the first time I used it. Twice each day for 3 minutes is all I used the table. I did not ever go fully upside down. Only about 60 degrees because I was worried about having too much blood pressure in my head since my father suffered from aneurysms. I don't know if I have them but didn't want to press my luck.

As an added bonus my neck pain and all lower back pain is completely gone. My neck pain was just stiffness I would feel first thing in the morning when I woke up and when I would turn my head as far as I could left or right. The lower back pain I have had most of my life was never any problem it was just something I noticed. Again it's all completely gone. I'm 50 and I can't remember when my back has felt so good meaning I don't feel anything in my back, no pain, no soreness. Others have said this so I will too; You can spend over a thousand dollars on one of these but why?

I usually would not spend this much time reviewing a product but it's worth it if this helps you with your decision.. This table is something I will always keep.
