Product Description
When you need to make your exercise decision based on economy, count on LifeGear to bring out a model for your needs. The LifeGear 75112 Inversion Table doesn't have the bells and whistles other makes and models might have, but it will allow you to turn upside down and come back to earth in one piece at a far more economical cost than most other options on the market. Constructed with a strong, durable, tubular steel frame, this inversion table ensures stability and many years of operation. Plus, with safety features like an angle-adjusting tether and specially designed maneuverability handles, you'll enjoy hours of safe, carefree use.
The table does an excellent job of reducing back stress by relieving pressure on vertebrae disks. It stimulates blood circulation to relieve stiff muscles and increases body flexibility to improve athletic performance. Whether you use your table to limber up before a game of hoops or relieve your aching quads after a day on the slopes, you'll feel your body relax and recover once you strap yourself into the table. Many doctors recommend inversion as a way to solve back problems, but the healing capabilities of the LifeGear Inversion Table extend beyond the back, helping to soothe the body and the mind.

Lower back problems have been been a issue for me for some years. This does help. I have tried several units and I can not see spending a fortune on equipment. The feet clamps are most critical and this one works just fine.

I received this inversion table a couple of weeks ago. The box was in fine shape, and the assembly was quick and pretty easy (but you will need the instructions). It is really built well - reviews of inversion tables in general made me concerned that they might not feel stable in use, but I have no such concerns when I use this. It's bigger (taller) than I thought, and heavier, too. Adjusting the max angle of inversion is a bit tedious, as it's done with a strap, and it takes some trial and error to get it where you want it, but I think this is pretty standard on the inexpensive models. Adjusting for your height is easy, and the foot clamps are easy, too.
That said, I have not felt any miraculous results, and this thing is looking more and more like another of my goofy purchases that will just take up room in my basement, right next to the electric guitar I don't play, the recumbent cycle I don't use, etc. Someday, I'm going to have one hell of a garage sale....

Good luck getting warranty on Life Gear products.
Foam pads break easily and are expensive.

First the table is of very good quality and is very stable. If your concerned about the space it takes up it's about 3 by 5 feet. It was very easy to put together and took about 20 minutes. That said I'm convinced it speeded up my healing process by weeks. I had never had Sciatica before and it was very crippling. Once it came on - from lifting heavy wet carpeting - I was not able to walk more then a few feet before I just could not walk any further. For 3 weeks it did not get any better. I went to see the doctor and he prescribed steriods which gave me some slight relief. Once I finished the course of medicine there was no further progress. My doctor suggested buying an inversion table. He himself suffered back pain and said he uses it no more than 5 minutes a month and it completely prevents his once chronic back pain. I'm telling you within a week the pain was virtually non-existant. I did get immediate temporary relief the first time I used it. Twice each day for 3 minutes is all I used the table. I did not ever go fully upside down. Only about 60 degrees because I was worried about having too much blood pressure in my head since my father suffered from aneurysms. I don't know if I have them but didn't want to press my luck.
As an added bonus my neck pain and all lower back pain is completely gone. My neck pain was just stiffness I would feel first thing in the morning when I woke up and when I would turn my head as far as I could left or right. The lower back pain I have had most of my life was never any problem it was just something I noticed. Again it's all completely gone. I'm 50 and I can't remember when my back has felt so good meaning I don't feel anything in my back, no pain, no soreness. Others have said this so I will too; You can spend over a thousand dollars on one of these but why?
I usually would not spend this much time reviewing a product but it's worth it if this helps you with your decision.. This table is something I will always keep.
